Purchase or download issues
If a payment went through but your license isn't showing, or a download isn't working, include the email address on your account and (if you have it) your Stripe receipt. You can find receipts under Dashboard → Payments. We'll sort it out or send you a direct download link.
Asset requests and feedback
Want a new exercise, a heatmap improvement, or another asset format? If you have an account, the fastest route is the built-in request form at Dashboard → Requests — requests filed there go straight into our roadmap triage.
Licensing and enterprise
Questions about app limits, the License Terms, or an Enterprise license for unlimited apps? Email us and we'll get you an answer — Enterprise licensing is handled directly over email.
