Fitness Visuals Asset License Agreement

1. License Grant
Fitness Visuals grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the purchased digital assets. Each pack purchase includes a standard single-app license covering one application, website, or digital product. The license covers images, videos, animation files, and metadata included in your purchased pack.
2. Permitted Use
You may use the assets in your application for commercial purposes. Assets may be embedded in your app's UI, displayed to end users, and included in app store listings.
3. Restrictions
No Redistribution or Pack Resale. You may not, whether on a standalone basis or as part of any bundle, compilation, template, starter kit, SDK, theme, asset pack, content library, or similar offering, redistribute, resell, share, transfer, sublicense, or otherwise make the assets available to any third party. This restriction applies to the assets in original form and to any modified, reformatted, adapted, or derivative version of the assets. You may distribute the assets only as embedded within a permitted licensed end product that you create, and only where the assets are not offered for separate download, extraction, reuse, or resale.
4. App Registration
You are recommended to register each application that uses the licensed assets in your dashboard. Registration includes the app name, package/bundle identifier, and platform. Registration is for record-keeping purposes and is not required for download access. Fitness Visuals may request proof of which product the assets are used in if misuse is suspected.
5. Lifetime Updates
Each pack purchase includes lifetime access to all current and future additions to that pack. New assets added to the pack after your purchase are included at no extra cost. New product lines and separate premium packs are not included and require separate purchase.
6. Additional Licenses
Additional app licenses, multi-app licenses, and enterprise licenses are available for purchase in your dashboard. Each additional license extends the number of applications you may use the assets in.
7. Termination
Fitness Visuals may revoke your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the assets in any new builds of your application.
