Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the circumstances under which Fitness Visuals (“Fitness Visuals,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) will consider a refund of a purchase made through the Service. It supplements Section 8 of our Terms of Service.
1. All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. Fitness Visuals sells digital downloads that are delivered immediately after purchase, so refunds are not offered once files have been accessed or downloaded.
Limited exceptions may be reviewed on request if the files are broken, inaccessible, or materially different from what was described on the product page.
2. Requesting a Review
If you believe your purchase qualifies for an exception under Section 1, you may request a review by emailing fitnessvisualsweb@gmail.com within fourteen (14) days of your purchase date. Please include your order ID, the email address used for the purchase, and a description of the issue (including, where applicable, screenshots or steps to reproduce the problem).
Requests are reviewed at Fitness Visuals’ sole discretion and are not guaranteed to be approved. Submission of a request does not entitle you to a refund.
3. Non-Qualifying Reasons
The following are examples of requests that do not qualify for a refund:
- Change of mind, cancellation of a project, or pivot of your application.
- Buyer’s regret or dissatisfaction after the files have been downloaded or accessed.
- Failure to read the product description, pricing, license scope, or other purchase details prior to purchase.
- Duplicate-purchase attempts that succeeded because the buyer bypassed or circumvented our duplicate-purchase protections.
- Requests submitted more than fourteen (14) days after the purchase date.
4. Effect of an Approved Refund
Refunds, when granted, are accompanied by revocation of all licenses and entitlements associated with the refunded order. Continued use of the assets after a refund is a breach of the License Terms and may result in further legal action.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing times are controlled by your card issuer or bank and are typically five to ten business days.
5. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us first if you believe a refund is warranted. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer before contacting Fitness Visuals is grounds for revocation of all associated licenses and entitlements, regardless of the outcome of the dispute, and may result in suspension of your account. Continued unauthorized use of the assets after a chargeback is a breach of the License Terms. Full terms are set out in Section 8 of our Terms of Service.

7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version and effective date shown at the top of this page indicate when the current text took effect. The version of the policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
